J-Squared offer Post Warranty Repair Services to ensure that products, systems or platforms can be repaired past the original warranty or extended warranty dates by Manufactures or Suppliers.
Factory authorized and certified Post Warranty Repair Services provides a fixed cost, multi-year service level commitment that ensures timely product repair by stocking of strategic components and optionally, complete FRU’s, in the event that the original product cannot be repaired and must be replaced.
Pricing is determined by the product or technology type, the total number of the installed based (or planned), total number of years that must be supported post deployment and the required repair turn-around cycle time.
