The Expedited Spares program provides the capability of stocking dedicated spares inventory in a J-squared facility or with a specific Customer location(s). Within this program, J-Squared handles the administration, repair, revision updates and calculates requirements based on usage and Customer input, and tracks the inventory, with monthly reporting.
The J-Squared service team will work closely with the Customer to ensure that the required inventory is available at designated geographic locations to provide a consistent and predicable level of service performance. This program management is especially critical during the ramp-up phase of product deployment during which the installed base grows rapidly. The Expedited Spares Service is designed to be a cost effective method to minimize support cost volatility over the entire product lifecycle.
